- How long does it take to get a serial number?

Your serial number is usually sent within minutes of your payment.
If you've paid with an eCheck, the serial number is sent once the check clears, which may take a few days.
- I purchased from you and never received a serial number. What gives?

You may have made a typo when entering your email, or you have a spam filter that is blocking the message from coming in.
If the email we have doesn't work for you, please contact us and give us some other means of contacting you.
- I purchased one of your products in the past and got a serial number, but now I can't find it.

If you can't find your serial number from a past purchase, you should try our serial finder tool using the email address you used to purchase the product to look it up.
If you still need help or you no longer have access to the email address you used originally to purchase the product, contact us and we'll do our best to sort things out.
- Do you offer refunds?

For our Mac products: All of our Mac products offer free full-featured trials, so you have the opportunity to download and try the app out to see if you like it before you buy it. But if you're unsatisfied for any reason after purchasing, contact us and we'll try to make things right.
For our iPhone products: As we do not sell our iPhone products directly, Apple's iTunes Music Store handles all billing/refund-related issues.
- I want to use one of your products on multiple Macs. How many licenses do I need to purchase?

If you're a single user who has more than one computer that you want to use the product on, you only need to purchase one license.
However, if you're buying for a group of users, we ask that you buy a multi-user license. Discounts are available on our online store for 5 and 10 user licenses. If these are not suitable for your needs, please contact us and we'll work something out.
