ShoveBox 1.6.4 Released

ShoveBox 1.6.4 is out, fixing a few browser-related issues:

Fixed bug with "Shove This" bookmarklet that occurred on some pages.
Fixed bug that occurred when dragging images from Safari 4.
Improved web archiving

ShoveBox 1.6.3 Released

Fixed crash that sometimes occurred when searching
Fixed bug that occurred when importing some non-Unicode text
Fixed bug where some malformed yet perfectly readable PDFs would not import.
Fixed display bug in labels

In Defense of “Everything Buckets”

Twitter developer Alex Payne recently criticized apps like ShoveBox, lumping them into a category he calls “everything buckets”:
